Located in Rensselaer County, New York, we are approximately 35 minutes east of Albany,
10 minutes west of Berkshire County Massachusetts, 30 minutes south of Bennington County, Vermont.(And to round out the picture, about 2.5 hours north of New York City.)

The best times to visit coincide with our prime growing seasons -- approximately mid-April through late October -- and of course during Christmas Tree season.
(Off-season we are here at work. There are no public visiting hours, but we are available by appointment.)

Blooms peak from late May through September, and Fall sales continue into November. After Thanksgiving Day the Nursery sells Choose & Cut Christmas Trees and Stand-Strait® Christmas tree stands, until December 23rd.

Landscaping Services Are Also Available by appointment and within our regional requirements and limits. Our professional work showcases a wide variety of landscaping styles and ideas. Specialties include English perennial gardens to stonewalled rustic, romantic plantings, cozy garden patios, soothing water gardens, and nearly everything else in between.

Christmas Trees Too
Whether you need extra tall or extra small, we've got specialty trees in many sizes, types and quantities.

Our popular "Choose & Cut" tree tagging begins in September, and later on your Christmas tree visit can also include hayrides (weekends only, weather permitting) into our growing fields. Also find quality, sturdy, Stand-Strait® Christmas tree stands, and evergreen wreaths and other decorations for sale.
